ZenSei LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the ZenSei mobile application (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Use

ZenSei does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data.

No User Accounts: The App does not require registration, login credentials, email addresses, or personal identity information.

Local Storage Only: All app settings (such as chosen breathing modes, duration presets, vibration intensity, and color themes) are saved locally on your device using native local storage (`AsyncStorage`). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us or any third parties.

No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use third-party tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or analytics services.

2. Device Permissions and Features

Haptic Feedback: The App uses your device's built-in haptic engine (`CoreHaptics` / native vibration) to provide tactile breathing cues. No personal data or usage metrics are recorded or transmitted during haptic feedback operation.

3. Data Security

Because all data remains strictly on your local device, your preferences are secured by your device’s native operating system security features. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally saved preferences.

4. Children’s Privacy

ZenSei does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
